Warranty Coverage

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failures
  • Workmanship issues

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from NTM or an authorized dealer.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Damage due to improper use, installation, or maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to accidents, neglect, or abuse
  • Modifications or alterations not performed by New Tecxh Machinery
  • Damage incurred during freight shipping that was not reported at the time of delivery

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a warranty claim. Provide your proof of purchase and describe the issue.
  • We may require photos or other evidence of the defect.
  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may replace it with a similar item of equal value.

Note: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service unless otherwise stated.

Limited Warranty

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only. This warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or service of the product.
