Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. Below you will find our Returns and Refunds Policy which outlines how we handle returns, including information on non-refundable items and the process for returning items for which you seek a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Most products purchased from us can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new and unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable as stated at the time of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. You will be responsible for the following:
- Packaging the item securely in its original packaging
- Clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Paying for return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size/color, please mention this when requesting your RMA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
